Lynn Erhorn has been called a lot of things in her lifetime. Some know her as Cool Gray from her YouTube channel. Most recently, Artist, Event Planner, Mama Bear, Cat Herder, and Musician’s Wife are being bandied about pretty regularly. In 2024, she’s added Booking Agent to the list and that’s cool with her.
For over twenty years, Lynn worked in the New York staffing services industry where she developed skills in recruiting, writing proposals, and budgeting large-scale staffing projects. She’s also been on the front lines for developing training programs, managing projects and events, and onboarding new employees, all of which equips her to manage a booking agency with efficiency and professionalism. For a while, she was even a licensed pastoral counselor, so there’s that!
Lynn started dabbling in the creative arts at a young age, writing her first short story at just six and her first novel at thirteen (though it never made it any further than a loose leaf binder in her room). She’s been published in two science fiction/horror anthologies alongside some big name authors such as Isaac Asimov. She served as cast, crew, and assistant director for several New York theater productions, beginning with high school productions and continuing to off-Broadway. In 2016 she started a YouTube channel where she self-produced cooking demonstrations, art process videos, and later a podcast. She’s equally comfortable in front of the camera or behind it, handling every aspect of digital content creation.
An avid music fan, Lynn has been around music production and music performance most of her life. In 1999 she married a bass player and they have been enjoying sharing their passion for music ever since they sat in with their wedding band to the delight of their guests. She took on booking, promotion, and finance roles for the two bands her husband plays in and created a system for developing leads and tracking the finances which has worked well for all involved. She and her husband also put together a few customized bands to meet specific needs for events and competitions, drawing from their ever-growing pool of talented associates.
In 2024, what seemed to be a meandering tapestry of creative endeavors came together to form Fine Tune Music! Lynn brings over 40 years of experience and a great attitude to creating perfect fits between venues and artists for one heck of a win win! She’s looking forward to working with you on the client side as well as the customer side to fill the Jacksonville area with music.
